Our mission is to help people living with headaches achieve a better quality of life through knowledge, support, and targeted treatment.
The name Limiceph comes from Limina (Latin for “threshold”) and Cephalgia (headache). It reflects our focus on increasing your tolerance for stress and strain — so headaches don’t take over everyday life. Limit is another meaning woven into the name, highlighting our mission to reduce the overall burden of headaches.
We offer both self-help resources and professional consultations. Whether you explore our website for practical advice or receive one-on-one guidance, our aim is to help you prevent and manage headaches more effectively — before they become chronic.
Headaches and migraines are among the leading causes of reduced quality of life worldwide. At Limiceph, we believe in early intervention, but also support those already living with long-term pain.
Limiceph was founded by Martin Herneblad-Due, who holds a Master’s degree in Headache Disorders from the University of Copenhagen and the Danish Headache Center. He treats patients both in-clinic in Asker, Norway, and through secure video consultations.
